Best Female Hip Hop Artist: Missy Elliot (no show)
I still feel that Trina should have gotten that award because what was the last thing Missy put out like as an artist..Trina was the hottest one in that catagory but hey it is what it is

Best New Artist: The Dream (no show)

Best Male Hip Hop Artist: Kanye West (of course)

Video of the Year: Int'l Players Anthem- UGk feat Outkast

BET AWARDS 2008: JUNE 24TH

Black Music Month Celebration with the BET Awards that went down June 24th. Sorry about the so much delay at least I updated the blog while we are still in June. But I got some exclusive and some photos from the BET Awards 2008. Nope, I wasn't fortunate enough to attend this year. But I do know people and they hooked me up.

Well you seen who was hot and who was not on the RED CARPET where he is how it all went down Last Tuesday June 24th 2008.

Your Boy Usher Opened up for the "Hottest Ticket On Television"

Some people where kind of disappointed with his performance. I mean the conveyer belt thing was cool..but if you watch the awards show again..and notice his entrance from coming down out the smoke he nearly almost bust his behind...he recovered well though

Usher says he trys to keep the personal life just what it is personal and continue to have that intimate relationship he has with his fans...in other words he gotta keep it grown and sexy to support his family.

The show was all hosted by DL Hugely

I mean personally I didn't think he was that funny. I mean his opening was kind of funny but come on BET gotta step it up next year...I have a suggestion get Diddy to hosted...now you think Monique had it live...Stephan Hill if you read this one...try to get Diddy to Host the BET Awards 09.

Next Young Jezzy and Kanye West did there thing when they put on for their cities

Then Jennifer Hudson and Terrance Howard Introduced The first catagory of the night:

With both of them coming out with albums in September...They did some seriously heavy flirting on stage...but we all know it was scripted but ladies you know who wouldn't want to present an award with Terrence Howard...Jennifer you were so lucky...

The first catergory of the night was Best Male R&B Artist...and it went to none other than:

Chris Breezy

He performed the nice sweet song "With You" but took it down with suprise guest "Ciara" when he performed "Take You Down"

That was seriously a hot performance of the night...make ya think but we know it's just an act..CB is with Rihanna and CeCe is with 50...

Moving Along, Keyshia Cole did her thing starting from the top performing Heaven Sent

Then she had one of her sexy dancers assit her as she let it go of that skirt and performed Let It Go

When Lil Kim joined Keyshia on stage...Dang it would have been a reunion if only Missy was there. But both of them did their thing.

Next the classic performance of the night was Alicia Keys when she performed the Teenage Love Affair and brought out all the girl girls, like SWV, Envogue, and TLC

My guess is afterwards cuz Alicia is my girl and all but she was looking seriously tired after that...

T Pain also help Wayne shut down the 2008 BET AWARDS

Speaking of the Mr. Selling a Million first week; Lil Wayne close the 2008 BET Awards

He performed "Milli" and "Got Money" and "Lollipop" with the help of T Pain wearing the shirt T Wayne

• Hinting that the two will or are working on a collaboration somthing like Bow Wow and Omarion's Face Off...lil Wayne and T Pain are going to do an album together...

• Wayne Took home the Viewer's Choice Award 08. I mean dang he has some loyal fans...1 million in a week and 2nd one in a row...Viewer's Choice Award. You know he had to bring the fam on stage.

• And that would about wrap up the 2008 Bet Awards...next up is the Hip Hop Awards in October in the ATL (Atlanta, Ga)...
